Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return or refund policy for defective products only and return requests will not be accepted for orders placed by mistake. 

To start a return, you should first contact us at info@originallyadog.com with 'RETURN' and your order number as the subject line, and describe the situation with photos showing defective products. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting will not be accepted, and rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

Any reason other than “defective products'' will not be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please measure your pup’s neck, chest, back length to choose the right size before you make the purchase. Please don't hesitate to chat with us on the website or send us an email if you need suggestions on colors and sizes.

Please note that items on sale are not eligible to be returned.

The return process may take up to 14 days, and your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account.

Originally A Dog reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with our return policy.
