Enjoy free shipping on orders over $55 to U.S and Canada. 

 

Processing Time

By placing an order you agree to wait for 2-5 business days for us to process the order before shipping. If your order contains a pre-order or back-ordered item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday, but please allow a few extra days for processing during holiday seasons.

All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) and we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays. 

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information. Please email info@originallyadog.com if you would like an update on the status of your order before tracking information is available. ​

 

Shipping Rates 

US and Canada ONLY: Free shipping on orders over $65, flat rate shipping is $7.99.

 

Delivery Time

Standard shipping will be received 7-10 business days (excluding order processing time). You will receive a shipping notification email with carrier and tracking number after items are shipped from our warehouse. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays. 

Global delivery is available. If your address is outside of the United States or Canada, please email us at info@originallyadog.com or contact us via Wechat to place an order. International customers are responsible for any possible customs fees, clearance fees or import duties. Free shipping is not available for international shopping and customers are expected to pay for the shipping label.
